To submit online counter readings:

Access http://www.pancorp.com
Click on "Rental Program"
Select "Submit Rental Count"

First time users:
Click on Register

On this page you will be asked for some basic information.  You will need to enter all fields that are marked with a red circle beside them and either the ‘account number’ or the ‘serial number’.

Choose what format you would like your email receipts in…this affects only the appearance of the email, nothing else will be affected.  HTML will be a more graphical view while Plain Text will simply be text.

Click submit.

You are now registered…to use the site you will need to activate your account.

To activate your account:
You will receive an email that includes your email address, your password and a link to activate your account.

Click on the link and it will take you to a page that says you have activated your Account.  From there you have the option to login or go to the home page.

To enter counter reading: 

Access http://www.pancorp.com
Click on "Rental Program"
Select "Submit Rental Count"

Input email address and password and click login (if you forget your password, you can click at the bottom to have it emailed to you).

If you have multiple pieces of equipment under one account number, you will need to select the equipment from the drop down box.

Enter the name of the individual inputting the data, current reading, and requested retakes.  Near the bottom of the page you will find a comments section.  Please use that to order supplies, request a call back or to give feedback on this process.

Click on submit and an email will be sent to the email address on file saying that a reading was submitted.
