• Service of Machine
Panoramic will be responsible for all service conducted on the machine, including replacement parts and labor.
• Film
Film will be provided at no charge to the customer at the discretion of Panoramic Corporation.
• Monthly Billing
A $35 per exposure fee, plus tax if applicable. 
• Purchase Option
At any time during this agreement, the doctor may purchase the machine. However, the doctor is never under any obligation to purchase.

The above represents an outline of Panoramic’s Standard Rental Program. Participation in the Rental Program shall be governed by a Rental Agreement to be executed prior to delivery of the machine.
